Embrace Fitness' Sexy Beast Pole Program is structured in 5 week series,1 class per week for 5 weeks equaling 5 classes. Our pole program was developed with progression, technique, consistency, & safety in mind. Each week will build off of the last in order to provide the most effective & efficient training environment. By mixing the feminine/sexy with strength/beast we incorporate all aspects that pole has to offer into our program & teaching style. We embrace all sides of pole fitness whether you are seeking dance, fitness, gymnastics, burlesque, or a circus feel we will guide you to find your own style in pole as an art form, practice, & skill.
This class teaches the foundations for all things pole dance fitness & is essential for all beginners. You will be introduced to proper posture, alignment, basic pole technique & learn basic transitions & skills necessary for all new polers.
***All new students are required to take at least 1 intro class
We really stress & break down the basics so when you are ready to progress to higher levels you will be more than capable to do so with a great understanding of pole. You will learn transitions, spins, basic pole holds, as well as core & strength conditioning on top of multiple other skills.
Beginner Levels: B1, B2, & B3
In our intermediate series we will take you step by step through various climbs, basic inversions, grips, holds, & beginner tricks. With a better understanding of pole principles & increased strength we will put all of the elements learned together for more challenging combinations & flow.
Intermediate: Levels I1, I2, & I3
This level truly emphasizes the aerial side of pole. You will get limitless opportunities to be creative all while keeping technique & principles learned in previous levels in mind. Step it up a notch as you learn advanced tricks, challenging inversions, along with fun new mounts & dismounts.
Advanced: Levels A1, A2, & A3
These drop in classes were designed to compliment our 5 wk series classes.
Whether you want to practice or play open pole is the perfect class for either. This class allows you to work at your own pace & focus in on honing specific skills you've learned in class. An instructor will be on hand to spot, supervise, & give feedback for this class.
Seeking a little extra strength & flexibility? This class will be comprised of 2 parts, 30 min strength & 30 min flexibility. We will use a variety of on & off pole exercises to strengthen you while using all 3 types of stretching, static, dynamic, & isometric, in various ways to achieve greater flexibility.
